A large structure of 295sqm. A third of this space, in the rear of the pharmacy, is dedicated to the storage and sorting of products.

This is the first pharmacy in Gela that moves out of the downtown area and creates an environment that is based on simplicity in the furniture and color schemes. At the entrance, customers are greeted by a display of products organized in an amphitheater-like semicircle.

The true protagonists of the project are Dr. Manfrè’s customers. As soon as they step through the gallery’s automated sliding doors they are invited to take possession of the pharmacy by following an expositional path where the pharmacist structured installations to offer differentiated business proposals.

A large dermocosmetics area with vertical lighting elements, bright display walls with pictures printed on duratrans, and free standing display elements arranged so as to separate two visually different display areas, punctuate the exhibition on the main shopping route.

An essential component is the organization of the lighting elements, implementing rigorous control over luminous flux levels and energy consumption.


 Finally, a part of the ceiling in the middle of the room has been raised as to highlight a part of the structure in a particular way. Here, the lamps are distributed in such a way to allow the light to spread in all directions. Don’t you think the warm colors in this area are well accentuated?
